By accessing and using the services provided by CodeGeas ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services Description
CodeGeas provides cybersecurity consulting, penetration testing, and security assessment services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement will be outlined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or Rules of Engagement (RoE) document.
3. Client Responsibilities & Authorization
By engaging our penetration testing services, you represent and warrant that you own the systems being tested or have explicit, written authorization from the system owners to permit us to conduct security testing. CodeGeas is not liable for any damages resulting from testing systems where the client lacked proper authorization.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, vulnerability reports, and business data exchanged during the course of an engagement. Detailed confidentiality obligations are typically governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to any testing.
5. Limitation of Liability
While CodeGeas employs industry best practices to minimize disruption during testing, security assessments carry inherent risks. Under no circumstances shall CodeGeas be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the performance of our services.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
